Huawei offers a way to transfer your meter data directly to us via FusionSolar.
⚠️⚠️ The Fusion Solar account must have a verified email address (System-> Personal Settings) otherwise it will not work! ⚠️⚠️
⚠️⚠️ The Fusion Solar account must be an owner account. Installer or company accounts do not work. For instructions see below ⚠️⚠️
To transfer your meter data to us, all you have to do is log in to FusionSolar with your data. To do this, tap on “Huawei” as the manufacturer, in the next step you will be redirected to FusionSolar and you can log in with your e-mail and password.
You must then give your consent.
Specifically, this involves the following authorizations:
Access to real-time monitoring, reports and alarm data from systems and devices for system monitoring, operation & maintenance and data analysis.
Remote control of systems, including battery charge/discharge configuration and adjustment of the active power of the inverter
You may have to scroll down a little until you can see the button.
After you have tapped on “Authorize”, you can continue with the setup in our app.
⚒️ Instructions for installer or company admin accounts: ⚒️
A new Fusion Solar user with the role “Owner” must be created. The app will only work with users of this role, otherwise Huawei will deny access! You can do this as follows:
1. Log in to the Fusion Solar smartphone app (the web portal does not support this functionality!)
2. Click on Invite user
3. A form will open in which you must enter your company, role owner, the system and an email for a new user account

You can check whether you have assigned the correct rights to us by following the steps in the graphic. Both switches must be on.
